Nick Carter is the youngest in the group. He had his own solo album known as Now or Never and he and his siblings stared in
thier own reality show House of Carters including his little brother Aaron Carter. Its pretty funny stuff!
Brian Littrell is know to be the joker of the group. But his life has not been all laugh and games. Around the time of their
Millennium album Brian went through open heart surgery(in the music video Show Me the Meaning of Being Lonley, Brian is watching
his fears come true of him dieing during the operation. But now he is happy and healthy with a wife and baby boy. He also
has a solo Christian singer career. Yay Brian!
AJ McLean has always been thought of as the "bad boy" of the group with his tattoos and earrings. Sadly it came
to a point where that became who he was when he became a drug and alcohol addict. It got to be at its worst after his grandmother
died and she was someone he was really close to. The other boys in the group stood up and helped pull AJ together. AJ entered
rehab and received growing support from the boys and fans. Now he is several years sober and a fantastic singer.
I just heard Howie's favorite movie is Th Outsiders! Yay! Anyway Howie D is in my opinion th quiet Backstreet Boy. But definitely
not all the time! He and AJ have known each other since they were 14 at several auditions. Unfortunately Howie has also had
some difficult times over the years. He lost his sister to Lupus I think around the release of Millennium and in her honor
